Service Description

Deliver a comprehensive 2-day (16-hour) session that combines root cause analysis, workflow optimization, and training program development including standard work for managers and front line employees. Will include a full training plan, powerpoint deck and can be upgraded to videos if desired as upgrade. Morning Session: Train the team on advanced problem-solving techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams) and guide them in uncovering the root causes of a recurring issue. Afternoon Session: Collaboratively redesign a key workflow using insights from the root cause analysis and develop a clear, actionable Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Final Deliverable: A polished SOP for the targeted workflow, a summary report of findings and solutions, and a tailored training package designed to empower teams for continuous improvement.
