Trained 14 manufacturing technicians and certified them in Lean Principles. We then worked together to redesign the layout, streamline supplier sources and improve cost effectiveness of purchase qualities. Results yield a more than 200% product throughput improvement while maintaining quality.

Designed and Deployed an end to end technical process Design of experiment. We leverage Minitab statistical software and analyzed results to develop control plans to improve product quality yield by more than 30%.

Designed the end to end ISO 9001 system and documentation set for a service based business.
Lean Six Sigma Coaching and Training
Trained and certified Green belts and black belts from various departments to improve metrics such as quality, process cycle time, cost impacting processes and more. Trained and certified more 10 individuals across the state agency.
Manufacturing Product and Process Development
Launched a product next to the CEO during Covid from ground up. Hired 100% of associates from technicians to managers. Scaled team from 2 people to 30 people in less than 6 months. Developed the supply chain around the Bill of Material. Led the process design for all products and helped secure the companies first $100k plus purchase order within the first year.
