Our Story
I'm Darius White and I like to think of myself as the magician of change—making bad processes disappear and efficiency appear! With over $45 million in capital investment improvements under my watch, I often joke that I have saved more money for others than I have in my wallet!
In my roles, I have led enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives, which sometimes feels herding cats—if those cats were executives with strong opinions. But hey, it keeps things interesting! My passion for change management means I get to help team navigate transformative programs, like our recent large-scale SAP deployment or major warehouse transformation launches. Just imagine me as the friendly guide, ensuring everyone which way to while avoiding the occasional “lost in translation” moment. We've helped launch new companies and even helped those old ones act more modern.
