Client: Everix Optical Filters

Everix has revolutionized optical filter manufacturing with its patented polymer drawing process. The result: ultra-thin, flexible, durable, and customible filters well-suited for cutting-edge optical applications. Supported globally via Edmund Optics, they combine innovative engineering with real-world practicality.

Year: 2016

Founded in 2015 and based in Orlando, Florida, Everix is a privately held optics company specializing in ultra‑thin interference optical filters.
The company holds over 30 patents related to its innovative thermal-draw manufacturing process

Industry: Deep Tech

Instead of traditional vacuum coating, Everix employs a polymer thermal-drawing technique—similar to fiber-optic production—to produce interference filters in a single step. This approach significantly enhances speed, scalability, and design flexibility.

Client: Nohbo

Founded in 2015 by Ben Stern, who began the project as a high schooler and later secured a deal with Mark Cuban on Shark Tank. The “Drops” melt instantly, lather well, and come in natural, vegan, paraben- and sulfate-free formulas.

Year: 2023

In 2016, Mark Cuban invested via Shark Tank, making him a board member.

Industry: Consumer Products

Products launched via direct‑to‑consumer channels in 2019 and have since expanded into B2B partnerships, especially in hospitality and hospitality distribution networks in the EU

Client: Agilify + Louisiana Dept of Health

The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH), particularly its Office of Public Health (OPH), has indeed embraced Lean Six Sigma as a key tool to enhance efficiency, performance, and service quality. We subcontracted under Agilify, a prime contractor.

Year: 2021-2023

Lean Six Sigma training is now offered across LDH, with at least 14 “Green Belt” graduates. We also certified black belts and yellow belts.

Industry: Government and public Health

The Louisiana Department of Health has effectively institutionalized Lean Six Sigma as a strategic framework. They've leveraged it for tangible improvements across critical public health operations—such as fraud protection, eligibility and training.
